【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesagravimetricmethodforthepreparationofcalibrationgasmixturesincylindersofwhichthetargetaccuracyofthecompositionhasbeenpre-defined.Itisapplicableonlytomixturesofgaseousortotallyvaporizedcomponentswhichdonotreactwitheachotherorwiththecylinderwalls.Aprocedureisgivenforamethodofpreparationbasedonrequirementsforthefinalgasmixturecompositiontobewithinpre-setlevelsofuncertainty.Multi-componentgasmixtures(includingnaturalgas)andmultipledilutionmixturesareincludedinthisInternationalStandardandareconsideredtobespecialcasesofthesinglecomponentgravimetricpreparationmethod.ThisInternationalStandardalsodescribestheprocedureforverifyingthecompositionofgravimetricallypreparedcalibrationgases.Providedrigorousandcomprehensivequalityassuranceandqualitycontrolproceduresareadoptedduringthepreparationandvalidationofthesegravimetricgasmixtures,calibrationgasesofthehighestaccuracycanbeobtainedforawiderangeofgasmixtures,incomparisonwithothermethodsofpreparingsuchgases.

【摘要】:ThistestmethodisusedtodeterminetherelativeresistanceofvariousrefractoriestodisintegrationcausedbyexposuretoaCOatmosphere.TheresultsobtainedbythismethodcanbeusedtoselectrefractoriesthatareresistanttoCOdisintegration.ThistestmethodissuitableforresearchanddevelopmentandforestablishingCOdisintegrationcriteriaforspecificationacceptance.ThedisintegrationoftestspecimensisacceleratedbyprovidingahigherconcentrationofCOthananticipatedinmostserviceenvironments.Theeffectsonthetestspecimensmaybedifferentthanthosefoundforrefractoriesinactualserviceconditions.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthecomparativebehaviorofrefractoriesunderthedisintegratingactionofcarbonmonoxide(CO).ThetestmethodisanacceleratedexposuretoCOtodeterminepotentialmaterialbehaviorinarelativelyshorttime.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
