【摘要】:Thisstandard:-definestheforcesandmomentstobetakenintoaccountwithreferencetomasses,tractionandbrakingconditions;-givesthestresscalculationmethodforaxleswithoutsideaxle-journals;-specifiesthemaximumpermissiblestressestobeassumedincalculations,forsteelgradeEA1NdefinedinprEN13261:1998;-describeshowtoobtainthemaximumpermissiblestressesforothersteelgrades;-determinesthediametersforthevarioussectionsoftheaxle.Thepreferredshapesandtransitionsareidentifiedtoensureadequateserviceperformance.Thisstandardisapplicableto:-solidandhollowpoweredaxlesforrailwayrollingstock;-solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesofmotorbogies;-solidandhollownon-poweredaxlesoflocomotives;-axlesdefinedinprEN13261:1998;-allgauges.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesfittedtorollingstockintendedtorunundernormalEuropeanconditions.Beforetheuseofthisstandard,ifthereisanydoubtastowhethertherailwayoperatingconditionsarenormal,itisnecessarytodeterminewhetheranadditionaldesignfactorhastobeappliedtothemaximumpermissiblestresses.Thecalculationofwheelsetsforspecialapplications(e.g.tamping/lining/levellingmachines)maybemadeaccordingtothesubmittedstandard,fortheloadcaseoffreerunningandrunningintrainformation.Thisstandardisnotapplicableforworkloadcases.Theyarecalculatedseparately.Forlightrailandtramwayapplicationsotherstandardsordocuments,agreedbetweenthecustomerandsupplier,maybeapplied.note:3)InFrancetheinterpretationoftheterm"locomotive"islocomotive,locomoteurorlocotracteur.4)Ifthegaugeisnotstandard,someformulaeneedtobeadapted.
