【摘要】:ThisEuropeanlistspecifiesEuropeanStandardgradesofrecoveredpaperandboardwhichgivesageneraldescriptionofthestandardgradesbydefiningwhattheydoanddonotcontain.ItisnotthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardtospecifyallthequalitiesofrecoveredpaperandboardthatexistinthedifferentmarkets,butrathertodefinethosequalitiesmostcommonlytradedinEurope.Thedescriptionofthestandardgradesisbrief,andforthisreasonitisrecognisedthatspecificdealsbetweenbuyerandsupplierforstandardgradeswithspecialspecificationswillstillbenecessarytomeetindividualrequirementsandwillnotbeexcludedbyanyimpliedregulationsassociatedwiththepublicationofthisEuropeanStandard.Thislistcontainsagroupofrecoveredpapergrades(Group5"Specialqualities")that,inmostcases,canonlyberecycledusingspecificprocesses,orcancausesomeparticularconstraintstorecycling.TheirinclusioninthelistisjustifiedbytheexistenceofasignificantEuropeanmarket.Actualrecyclingofthequalitiescanonlybedonebyalimitednumberofmillslocatedinafewcountriesonly.Recoveredpaperfromrefusesortingstationsisnotsuitableforuseinthepaperindustry.
